Who We Are
Atlas Automation Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and automation agency based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. We build and maintain websites for trades businesses.
We are the data controller for all personal data processed through this website. We are subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data when you voluntarily submit our contact form. The information collected is limited to what you provide:

We do not collect any personal data if you simply browse the website. We do not use session recording, heatmapping, behavioural analytics, or any form of tracking beyond what is described in the Cookies section below.
Why We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quote or proposal for our services. We will never use your contact details for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data submitted via our contact form is retained for 12 months from the date of submission. After this period it is permanently deleted from our systems and from those of our data processors.
If you become a client, your data may be retained for longer as required to fulfil our service agreement and to comply with applicable legal obligations (for example, financial records). Separate terms will apply in that case.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We use the following third-party services that may process data as part of operating this website:

Additionally, this site loads fonts from fonts.gstatic.com.
